AT&T Sales Consultant - Entry Level

We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team. As an AT&T Sales Consultant, you will leverage AT&T's extensive network and premium services, while benefiting from our resources, comprehensive training programs, and mentorship opportunities to support your career growth.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Consultant:
- Develop a strong understanding of AT&T’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits.
- Provide personalized, professional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Drive sales by presenting tailored solutions to meet customer needs and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company and client policies, including legal and ethical guidelines.
- Mentor and train junior team members on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
- Meet or exceed performance goals set by AT&T and 5M Promotions, including sales quotas and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns and provide timely resolutions, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service agreements, and provide regular progress reports to management.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- A solid work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Demonstrate integrity in all business interactions and communications
